These terms apply when you request or book a cleaning service from ProCleanPK.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the details you provide, including the service, quantity, size, material, condition and location. We will confirm what is included before booking. If the actual job differs materially from the description, we will discuss any change to the work or price before continuing.

Availability and service areas

Bookings depend on team availability, location, travel conditions and the requested service. A city listed on this website does not guarantee availability in every neighbourhood or on every date.

Access and preparation

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service location. Depending on the service, we may ask you to clear small personal items and provide access to water or electricity. Any special access or surface concerns should be disclosed before the visit.

Cleaning results

We aim to perform the agreed cleaning with reasonable care. Results vary by material, age, existing damage, stain type and previous treatment. We do not promise that every stain, mark, odour or defect can be removed.

Delicate items and existing damage

Please tell us about delicate materials, colour-fastness concerns, repairs, loose parts, electrical issues or existing damage before work starts. We may recommend a spot test, a different method, or declining work that could cause damage.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a visit. Any booking-specific cancellation, travel or rescheduling charge will be disclosed when the booking is confirmed.

Payments

The accepted payment method, amount and timing will be confirmed with your quote. This website does not collect online payments.

Problems with a service

If you have a concern, contact us promptly with the booking details and photos where relevant so we can review the issue and discuss a reasonable next step.
